Shipping & Returns

Orders over RM300 — Free delivery.
Orders under RM300, West Malaysia — Flat RM10.
East Malaysia — Charged by size & weight.

East Malaysia rates are calculated at checkout according to the size and weight of your order.

Once your parcel is processed we send a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery times below are counted from dispatch, not from when you place the order.

West Malaysia — 2 – 3 working days.
East Malaysia — 3 – 10 working days.

Once a parcel is dispatched, delivery is outside our control. Estimated times vary with your address and stretch over peak seasons such as Christmas or a major restock.

Unanticipated delays can happen and are beyond our control. We are not able to offer a cancellation or refund for reasons relating to delivery delays.

Once your order is received and payment is verified, we start packing and send your order out. When the tracking number is issued we email you to say the parcel is on its way — it usually reaches you 1 – 2 working days after that notification.

Pre-order ETAs vary with factory workload and shipping from overseas, so the first date we give is an estimate. We confirm the actual ETA closer to the time. It normally takes about 3 – 4 months. Your patience is much appreciated.

Before opening your item, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days from the invoice date.

We are unable to offer a full refund if the original packaging has been ripped, damaged, removed or repacked, or if the item has been assembled.

• You bear the shipping cost of returning the item.
• We cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged in return transit.
• Please pack the item appropriately and ship it with a tracking number.

If your item was part of an order above RM300 with free delivery, and returning it brings the order below RM300, we refund the value of the item less the RM10 flat delivery rate.

If your order was above RM300 and you return the whole order, the actual cost of delivery is deducted from your refund.

All clearance and sale items are final. They are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
