Shipping & Returns
- Free Delivery on orders over RM300.
- For orders less than RM300, flat rate of RM10 for West Malaysia.
- Orders from East Malaysia, shipping rates will apply accordingly to the size & weight.
When your parcel is processed, you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. Please note that estimated delivery times can vary based on where your shipping address and particularly over peak seasons i.e. Christmas or major restocks.
Kindly note that with the pandemic, transit times can be stretched and unanticipated delays can be expected. These are beyond The Playlab Shop’s control. We will not allow a cancellation or refund for reasons pertaining to delivery delays.
Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- West Malaysia: 2 to 3 working days
- East Malaysia: 3 to 10 working days
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Prior to opening your item(s), if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you the full refund of the item(s) within 14 days from the invoice date.
If the original packaging of the item(s) has been ripped, damaged, removed, or repacked and/or the item(s) has been assembled, we will be unable to offer a full refund.
To return an item(s) for exchange or refund, you will need to bear the shipping cost of the item and we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item(s). It would be best to ensure the item(s) is appropriately packed and shipped with a tracking number.
If the item(s) is part of an order above RM300 with our free delivery service, and your return brings the total order to below RM300, we will refund the amount of the item(s) less the flat rate charge RM10. If your total order is above RM300 and you decide to return the total order, the actual cost of the delivery will be deducted from your refund.
