Learning Through Play
Educational collaborations woven through the festival, with Taylor’s College early-childhood students as Play Facilitators.
Spooky Sprint
The grand finale — a costume fun run and sports quest for the whole family. Cape and finisher medal included.

Spooky Sprint & Sports Quest
A non-competitive Halloween adventure combining a fun run, a sports day and a Halloween carnival — presented by HarborLand. Run, play, complete the challenges, win your medal.
Pre-registration only — places are not sold at the venue on the day.

Kiddie CEO Market
Your child runs the booth. You stand back.
Everything priced RM10 or under. No cash, no QR — the market runs on Kiddie CEO vouchers, so counting change is part of the lesson.

Visitors buy vouchers
RM1 and RM5 Kiddie CEO vouchers from the main exchange counter.

Children take payment
They greet the customer, explain the product, and complete the sale themselves.

Cash out at the bank
At the end of the day they exchange their takings at the Little Tauke Bank for real money.
Want a booth for your little CEO?
Each booth comes with a wooden pallet and camping chairs. Decorating it is half the fun.
