When will my order ship?
We pack once payment is verified and email you a tracking number. West Malaysia is 2–3 working days after dispatch, East Malaysia 3–10.
How long do pre-orders take?
Usually 3–4 months. The first ETA is an estimate; we confirm the real one closer to the date and post updates to @theplaylabshop.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of the invoice date — as long as the packaging is unopened and undamaged. Clearance and sale items are final.
Which toy suits my child?
Message us the age and what you’d like it to work on — fine motor, imagination, sitting still for ten minutes — and we’ll suggest three.
