By using this website, placing an order or registering for an event, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and take payment. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund you in full.

We may cancel an order where an item is mispriced, out of stock, or where we suspect fraud.

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

Delivery rates and timeframes are set out in full on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates counted from dispatch and are outside our control once the parcel is with the courier.

You may return an unopened item within 14 days of the invoice date for a full refund. Items whose packaging has been ripped, damaged, removed or repacked, and items that have been assembled, cannot be refunded. Clearance and sale items are final. The full terms are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Pre-order ETAs are estimates that depend on factory workload and overseas shipping, and typically run to about 3 – 4 months. We update you as dates firm up.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
