Existing Stock Items

Once order received and payment is verified. We will start packing and sending out your order. After tracking number acquired, we will send you the email notification that the good is being shipped to your premises. It will takes 1 – 2 working days after the notification for you to receive the good.

Pre Order Items

Pre order will be open for certain product. Please follow our Instagram account @theplaylabshop for latest update. 

The ETA of pre order items might be vary depending on factory workload and shipping from overseas. Consequently, initial ETA is only estimation and we will provide with the actual ETA in the nearer date. Normally it will take about 3-4 months. Your patience and understanding is much appreciated.
